I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at Esplanada. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the rooms was also top-notch, with everything neat and tidy. Plus, the location was perfect for my business needs. Despite a few minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They didn´t find my reservation and make me wait more than 2 year to check in! They said that booking didn´t send them the reservations.

Excelent location and cost-benefit ratio! Walking distance to a big mall, main bus routes, tourist info center and the major sights in town. Spacious room, seemed recently renovated. Relaxing shower. Well-served breakfast. Helpful hotel staff solved promptly all the issues that were brought to their attention, specially front-desk attendant, Mr. Jorge. Thanks for being so kind! Cheers!
A fuse blew off just about when I was getting ready to check-out. It didn´t upset me at all.

The room was spacious and the large bed with four fluffy pillows provided enhanced comfort. Everything was clean and tidy, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. I appreciated having a desk to work on, with a nearby power plug for convenience.

The location is very convenient to the major shopping centres, tv torre and markets and to get around Brasilia. The breakfast is good, the hot water is constant, there is cheap wifi and the staff are helpful.
The hotel was over priced for what it is - its very basic accommodation, and has the atmosphere of a hospital. The bed cover was dirty when we arrived but the staff were happy to change it on our request.

A pretty poor hotel, except for the location. But then, Brasilia is a small place and hotels are all grouped together (due to town planning). Not many hotels are really inconvenient. What the hotel offers? Poor lighting, hard mattress, bad soundproofing, weak Internet connection, expensive for what it offers.

The hotel was nicely decorated and had a festive vibe during the Christmas holiday. The staff was friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was well-maintained and had comfortable lounge chairs to relax on.
Our room was not up to par. The bathroom had a musty smell and there were some stains on the sheets.

Good breakfast.
Neighborhood is desert and dark at night. And it's a very expansive hotel, considering its resources. Definitely not worth the price.
